Hello Trailblazers!

Please enjoy this week's edition of the ITMS Weekly Updates! Reminder that there is no school on Monday, 5/25/26, and the the last day of school for our Trailblazers is Wednesday, 5/27/26. We're excited to share the latest happenings and updates from our school community to keep you informed and engaged.

A Night in Hollywood! 🌟 ​What an absolutely amazing night at the 8th Grade Dance! Our Trailblazers dressed to impress, danced the night away, and had a blast doubling back for all the fun carnival activities! 💃🕺🎪 ​A massive THANK YOU to our incredible PTSA for bringing "A Night in Hollywood" to life, and to all the staff, chaperones, and volunteers who made this evening such a spectacular success for our students. ​We are so proud of you, 8th grade! Keep igniting that SPARK wherever you go next!
 
What a fun way to end the 4th quarter! 6th & 7th graders with zero referrals for 4th quarter participated in activities in the courtyard and field with slushies and snow cones. All of our 8th graders celebrated with a Yearbook Signing Party, filled with music, pizza, and memories! ​We're incredibly proud of the over 1000+ students showing SPARK behavior consistently. Let's finish strong, Trailblazers!

School News and Updates

  • 5/18-5/22 - Makeups: FAST PM3 Window (ELA & Math), State Science, Algebra, Geometry, Civics EOCs + Q4 Common Benchmark Assessments (if applicable) Bell Schedule
  • 5/22, 26, 27- Early Release Days (2:05)-NO BACKPACKS
  • 5/25 - No School
  • 5/27– Last Day of Student Attendance- End of 4th Quarter
  • 8/7 - Tentative 2026-2027 Schedule Pick-Up Date-Be on the lookout over the summer for information that will be sent out via ParentSquare email and will be posted on our social media.
  • 8/10 - 1st Student Attendance Day for the 2026-2027 School Year-Start of 1st Quarter

Early Release Reminders: Early Release Days are: (5/22, 5/26, & 5/27) ​Dismissal: Students are released at 2:05 PM. ​Last Day: The final day for students is May 27. Backpack Rules: No Backpacks on early release days: Backpacks and drawstring backpacks are not allowed on early release days. Exceptions: Lunchboxes and small purses for feminine items are permitted. Storage: Any backpacks brought to school will be held in the Front Office. Students will have no access to them until dismissal at 2:05 PM. ​Please plan accordingly and leave your backpacks at home.
